Tessa, a gifted mage from a faraway continent, finds herself trapped in a nightmare, and the only way out is to embark on what can only be considered one of the dumbest RPG adventures ever.
Tessa's RPG Nightmare is a mini adventure RPG that's light on mechanics and big on stupid.

To play the game run RPG_RT.exe.

Excellent. I especially love all the npc names. Just a good time all around.
I lose count of how many good bits there are in this. Wouldn't be a Polly deal if I didn't get got by at least one fart joke. The whole tower segment is some peak looney tunes shit. One of the funniest ones. I rate this nightmare as Excellent
Good work, lots of little moment-to-moment joys. My favorite bits were when you played with rpgmaker language in ways I hadn't seen in the other entries. The climax was a good pay-off to all the up-front "normal rpg" stuff you were parodying

Is RPG Maker 2003 really that bad as Tessa is making it out to be?
The combat system is just turbo turds xD It's why I made a game that was mostly just events and dialogue and the combat is there to just sell the RPG trappings of the story and is all braindead and mostly auto-able.
I also really don't like the face sprites compared to 2k.
This game was an absolute delight. Extremely well-written with an incredible use of humor and sarcasm to deliver more than a few laugh out loud moments, some really radical set pieces, and some nice character progression. I was charmed all the way through!
